Time for new challenges! That is why, in addition to our regular customers (retailers and growers), we are increasingly supplying public sector organisations and the construction industry. This calls for further professionalisation of our procurement and logistics planning.
That is why we are looking for an experienced buyer with knowledge of open-field cultivation.
As a Buyer, you are responsible for the careful procurement of (multi-stem) trees, shrubs and perennials. You are aware of market trends, know the products and suppliers, and ensure that our promises to customers can actually be fulfilled.
Your duties will include:
contributing ideas on how to optimise the procurement process
Thanks to your overview and organisational skills, processes run smoothly and customers and colleagues know exactly where they stand.
• You have experience as a buyer, preferably in open-field cultivation
• You have a good knowledge of plants
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner
• You communicate easily with colleagues and suppliers
• You take responsibility and think ahead
Qualifications are less important than experience, professional knowledge and the way you work with others.
