Trees determine the atmosphere of a place, how people behave there and how an environment is remembered. That is why choosing trees is not a minor detail, but a design decision that shapes the identity of a project.
We have grown. Both literally and figuratively.
For many years, we were known as Maarten van Overbeek Tree Nursery. But in recent years we have grown: in size, in structure and in the projects we undertake.
This is not only thanks to Maarten, but thanks to a team that delivers quality every day. That is why we are moving forward under a new name: Overbeek Bomen. The same roots. But a name that reflects who we are today.
We operate on the basis of a clear vision and with a well-defined structure.
Maarten and Laura van Overbeek
For many years, we have been committed to innovative and sustainable business practices. Our passion for growing trees goes hand in hand with respect for nature and the environment. That is why we are constantly taking steps to make our production as environmentally friendly as possible. By using mechanical mowing, hoeing and advanced robots, we eliminate the need for weed control products. This not only ensures cleaner cultivation, but also promotes better growth in our trees. Our plots are teeming with insect life and provide nesting and foraging sites for countless bird species and other animals. In this way, we contribute to healthy biodiversity and a future in which nature and quality go hand in hand.
We help clients, local authorities and landscaping contractors to make well-informed decisions regarding the management of trees and planting. From policy objectives to planting plans, and from tendering to handover. Our advice is tailored to the soil, the space, the management requirements and the changing climate.
